A small soup collection of the Restaurant Spoerri by Carlo Schröter with recipes for leopard, bison, bear dancing, pot-bellied pork and goat soup. With interspersed drawings of Gottfried Wiegand, soup poems by Rolfrafael Schröer and hand-written recipes by Carlo Schröter. First edition, 1977.
